To begin, upload your employee roster and current certifications using the CSV Bulk Onboarding Wizard. Navigate to Workspace Administration > Wizard Onboarding in the left menu to learn how.
How-To: 3-Step Quick Start Guide
Open the platform, log in with your credentials, and select the Settings page from the primary navigation menu.
Set up your workspace parameters under organisation details, then launch the onboarding wizard to upload your staff roster via CSV.
Navigate to the Training Matrix dashboard to view real-time compliance charts, verify pending reviews, and manage expiry alerts.
